what is 24 hour fitness personal training?

24 Hour Fitness personal training (PT) is designed to help you achieve your goals faster. Your personal trainer will walk you through cardio, flexibility, abdominal, and upper and lower body resistance workouts. The program is based on the five components of fitness: cardio, resistance training, food intake, vitamins and supplements and professional assistance. It's a program that doesn't just make you look better – it makes you feel better.

how does 24 hour fitness personal training work?

Your trainer will begin by identifying your goals and creating a personalized fitness plan. During each session, you’ll learn the best exercises for your needs. Your trainer will also guide you on the proper amount of weight and number of reps, how long to rest between sets, and how to avoid injury. With this expert knowledge, you'll get the best results from every workout and make steady progress towards your goals!

With your first purchase of PT, you’ll also receive the 24 Hour Fitness Training Guidebook. This 44-page booklet is full of fitness tips and contains dozens of exercises. It also covers topics such as how to prevent injury, how to understand food labels, how to eat smarter, what to avoid when eating out, and the difference between fat loss and weight loss. It's a valuable guide during your training program and beyond.

what to expect for your initial PT sessions?

Session 1: Fitness Assessment and Program Set-Up

The focus of your first session is to set up your program and give you a great workout. You and your trainer will discuss your goals and assess your current fitness level. Once your trainer has all the necessary information, he or she will lead you through a great workout including an introduction to cardio and core exercises.

Session 2: Program Review and Workout

Your trainer will review your individualized program at the beginning of the second session. You’ll also be enrolled in a 90-day subscription to our online nutrition program. Next, you’ll hit the floor for another intense workout specifically tailored to your goals

Session 3 and Beyond

Your trainer will continue to adjust your program to keep your workouts fun, challenging, and effective. You’ll leave each session feeling great, seeing progress, and learning new ways to achieve the best results.

Our most popular program! During 50-minute one-on-one sessions, a personal trainer will take you through workouts designed to help you reach your specific goals sooner. You’ll learn proper form and technique to maximize results while reducing risk of injury. PT is ideal if you’re trying to lose weight, gain muscle, improve posture and flexibility, increase sports performance, or simply feel better. You’ll also receive a Guidebook full of great advice and a 90-day subscription to the 24 Hour Fitness Online Nutrition program.

25-Minute PT Sessions

Perfect for those who are short on time (aren’t we all?). Experience the benefits of personal training during sessions that fit your crazy schedule. Whether you’re looking for a great lunchtime workout or are always on-the-go, you can still find time to take care of you.

Partners Training

Want to combine the benefits of a workout partner with the guidance and motivation of a personal trainer? Partners Training is perfect for you. During 50-minute sessions, a personal trainer will take you and another member (such as a spouse, friend, or teammate) through challenging and fun workouts.
