The practice of Yoga, dating back 5,000 years, can help improve your health with stretching to tone your muscles and exercise your entire skeletal system. Some yoga classes are more challenging than others. Try a few classes to find your preferred method.
Yoga Stretch: An innovative approach to the popular fitness-focused mind/body workout, Yoga Stretch consists of traditional yoga poses executed with a Vinyasa flow. Participants will experience improved strength, flexibility,balance and posture. Yoga Stretch is friendly and suitable to members of all fitness and experience levels
Yoga: Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well being, this workout will help participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture. The class will borrow from each instructor’s experience with Yoga and may incorporate basic poses from various Yoga styles.
pilates classes
Pilates, originally created to rehabilitate dancers’ injuries, is a perfect complement to your Yoga practice. Pilates develops core strength and body alignment. Consider alternating Yoga and Pilates classes in your routine for maximum results. Members of all fitness and experience levels are welcome.
24Pilates Fusion: Fitness and Pilates unite in this contemporary toning workout comprised of exercises that are based on traditional dance and pilates movements. You'll experience both standing and floor exercises that focus on stability, balance, and core strength for a complete full body workout!
Pilates:A workout designed to develop core strength and coordination, the focus of this class will be on traditional Pilates movement patterns, the use of breath and correct alignment. Participants will enjoy improvement in posture and overall toning
