- Which club types can I use with my membership?
| | Your access will depend on the level of access you purchased and the club where you purchased your membership. If you purchased a "one club" membership, you have access to the club you enrolled at only. If you purchased an "all club" membership you have access to that club level and the club levels below. - Which club should I choose when purchasing a membership?
| | You can purchase a membership at any club within 50 miles of your residence. If you choose a club that is more than 50 miles from your home, you'll get an error message and won't be able to complete the purchase transaction. To locate a club within 50 miles of your home, use our Club Finder. |

- Do I have to join Fitperks?
| | No, just being a member of 24 Hour Fitness gets you access to these great deals! There's no new program to join or points to earn. It can't be easier! |

- Can I access these offers off line?
| | It depends on the partner. Some offers can be accessed off line and some of our partners have 800 numbers so that you may use to redeem their special pricing or discounts. Check each partner for specifics. |

- I'm still a member of 24 Hour Fitness but I don't work out, can I still use the Fitperks program?

Memberships
- Can I cancel my agreement?
| | You are entitled to a 3 or 5 day cooling off period depending on the state you live in. If you notify 24 Hour Fitness within your cooling off period, you will receive a full refund. To understand the details of your cooling off period, please review your specific agreement carefully. Monthly payment membership: After the cooling off period, you may cancel your monthly payment membership after following certain notification requirements. Please review Section 6 of your specific agreement for the required notice period, how your last month's dues will be applied and other cancellation requirements and considerations. Prepaid membership: If you prepaid your membership, you are not entitled to cancel and receive a refund except for specific events such as disability or death. There may be other events in which you would be entitled to cancel your membership and receive a pro-rated refund. Please review Section 6 of your specific agreement for a complete explanation of your cancellation rights. |
- Can I add family members to my 24 Hour Fitness membership?
| | Yes, you can add your spouse and/or children to your membership. Your membership must be in good standing and all family members must live at the same address. You can add a maximum of nine family members but only two can be 18 years of age or older and children must be between the ages of 12 and 17 years old. Family members can only be added to a Keep Fit One Club, Keep Fit All Club, and Keep Fit Plus membership. Membership must be paid using monthly AUTO BILL PAY payments. The Master Member is financially responsible for all family member(s) monthly dues and all dues must be debited from the same account as the Master member. |
- How do I set up or make change to my bank account information for my monthly payment membership?
| | If you purchased your membership online, the automatic payment is arranged using your debit card or credit card. If you need to update your bank account information you can visit us on-line at www.24hourfitness.com/MemberServices.do (log in required), visit your club or call 800-432-6348 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help you. |
- What are my options for paying my dues?
| | You can have your monthly dues electronically deducted from either your checking account or a debit/credit card account. This is known as AUTO BILL PAY or electronic funds transfer. - My team is enrolled in the 24 Hour Fitness varsity program, when can I use the gym?
| | The hours you can visit are Monday through Friday from 2:30-4:30 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 1:00-5:00 PM. The Varsity Program is available from September 15th to May 31st. |
- How do I participate in 24 Hour Fitness team sports programs?
| | To get your team started, have your coach or athletic director visit Team Sports page, to register your team for our Varsity or Booster Programs. |
- I'm a high school varsity athlete and would like to work out at 24 Hour Fitness. Do you have any programs for students?
| | Yes, our Varsity Program was created so that high school athletes can have access to gym equipment. To work out free at 24 Hour Fitness through our Varsity Program, have your coach visit www.24hourfitness.com/teamsports/ for more information. To be eligible, you must be a high school varsity athlete. |

Personal Training
- I purchased personal training, what happens next?
| | The Fitness Manager from your club will call you within 2-3 days to schedule an appointment. The Fitness Manager will need to know the day and time that works best for your personal training. If you would like to get started sooner, please visit the club. |
- How long do I have to use my personal training sessions?
| | All personal training sessions must be used within 6 months of date of purchase. You must be an active member of 24 Hour Fitness to use personal training sessions. After the "cooling off" period (see information regarding cancellation in this FAQ), you are not entitled to cancel and receive a refund except for specific events such as disability or death. There may be other events in which you would be entitled to cancel personal training sessions and receive a refund. Please review Section 6 of your specific agreement for a complete explanation of your cancellation rights. |
- What's the difference between a personal trainer and a master trainer?
| | All personal trainers at 24 Hour Fitness go through an in-house certification program. Our master trainers possess a minimum of three additional qualifications (approved degrees and/or personal training certifications) and over 2,000 personal training sessions serviced. |
- Do I have to be a member to purchase personal training?
| | Yes, you must have a 24 Hour Fitness membership to purchase personal training. All services offered at 24 Hour Fitness locations are available to members only. |
- Why do I have to pay for a training session that I didn't show up for?
| | For scheduling purposes, you must cancel a scheduled training session 24 hours in advance. If you don't show up or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for the session. If you're unable to keep an appointment, please contact your personal trainer or the club to reschedule. |
- What is a Fitness Orientation appointment?
| | Your 24 Hour Fitness membership comes with a complimentary Fitness Orientation appointment. During this 50-minute appointment, a personal trainer will assess your current fitness level to help you get started working out. You will be enrolled in a free 30-day trial of our online nutrition program, coached on proper lifting technique and receive and individualized recommendation on the right program to reach your fitness goals sooner. |
